July 23: Letter-Writing Event in Gramercy!

 We’ll be writing to targeted Dem-leaning voters in high-risk areas of the country where we need inspire as many as possible to VOTE, and vote Democratic! We will provide envelopes and letters that are pre-printed from Vote Forward. Each of us adds a handwritten sentence stating

why voting is important to us personally. Vote forward has meticulously researched where and to whom to target our efforts.

July 29: Hang with Harvey in Washington Square Park

July 30: Get Ready for Vote Blue Buses

Vote Blue will be having a kickoff party/fundraiser on Thursday, July 30th from 6:00-7:30PM to pay for buses going to purple districts in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania with the purpose of flipping Republican held seats. Student and Limited Income tickets start as low as $50. Additionally, anyone with limited income who is committed to getting on a bus and requests a free ticket will receive one. This is our one fundraiser to pay for the buses. Please be as generous as you can.

The party will be held in the Union Square area. RSVP here to receive location details. With your help we're looking forward to flipping the US House BLUE!

JOIN US TO CANVASS IN A NEARBY SWING DISTRICT! OUR GROUND TRUTH CANVASS AIMS TO LISTEN CLOSELY TO VOTERS AND REBUILD TRUST IN THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY

By knocking on every door and listening closely to what voters say about what they're thinking and feeling, you’ll be gathering info and insights that can help the Dem Party and Dem candidates learn how best to connect with voters and be directly responsive to them.

Ground Truth https://ourgroundtruth.org/ is Swing Left's innovative, deeply researched, field-tested approach to canvassing. The Action Group NYC is hosting these canvasses in Little Neck, in Queens, Congressional District NY-03.

You'll be warmly welcomed when you join our merry group of volunteers to knock on doors in Little Neck. We gather in a super little bakery next to the Little Neck RR Station, answer Qs about the canvass, and prepare to head out to our turf.

Don’t worry if it’s your first time—training, materials, and support are all provided. Just wear comfortable shoes and bring a charged phone and your passion for making a difference!
